Main Sequence database: what we know, and what we don’t
A deliberately incomplete pre-launch database. Every row has a source; missing recipes and stats are left blank rather than filled with guesses.
- Source-labelled
- Demo + official material
- Updated November 1, 2026

The research screen provides a verified skeleton of the demo tech tree. The full game will expand it.
Facts first, blanks visible
The database is a reading and planning aid, not a hallucinated game data dump. It covers only the resources, modules and research that public sources actually identify.
The game is still in development, and the public demo is a limited slice. Recipes, costs and even module balance have changed during the demo period. A database that pretends to have final numbers would go stale immediately and mislead readers.
We separate existence (a module or material is named by an official source) from function (what that thing does) and from numbers (cost, throughput, damage, capacity). Many entries only reach the first or second level. The data pages say so.
Official store text, developer post, patch note or clear in-game screenshot.
A demo player report. Useful, labelled, and subject to patch changes.
Not publicly confirmed. We leave the space blank instead of inventing a number.
Three verified starting points
Every database page includes its own source list and a note about what the public records cannot yet establish.
Raw → refined → science
Resources & materials
Ores, refined materials, components, science inputs and consumables named in official media or the developer’s patch notes.
Station + ship systems
Ships & station modules
Confirmed production, power, logistics, defense and ship systems. Filter by category and see what each function is based on.
Tech tree + branches
Research & sciences
The visible demo technology tree, plus science types and later research named by the developer. Dependencies are shown only where the screenshot shows them.
The blank fields are part of the product
If a page says a number is unknown, that is a data limitation, not an invitation to fill it with a guess.
